Registration and Entry Deadline

In order to ensure receipt of entry confirmation as well as important registration updates, make sure to add the @crash-b.org domains to your email address book. Please note that until payment has cleared, all entries are preliminary. It is the responsibility of the entrant to confirm payment has been made. The final confirmed entry list will be posted following the close of Registration. Complete entry list with heat and erg assignments will be posted early-February following the close of registration.

Entry fees are non-refundable. No Exceptions. Full payment is due prior to the day of the event. Competitors whose fees have not been received in advance of race day will be removed from the regatta entry list. USRA Membership is not required.

Open – Men’s and Women’s, Heavyweight and Lightweight, No age restrictions
Master – 30 to 39, Men’s and Women’s, Heavyweight and Lightweight
Senior – 40-49, Men’s and Women’s, Heavyweight and Lightweight
Veteran – 50+, broken down into 5 year sections, Men’s and Women’s, Heavyweight and Lightweight
Under-23 – Restricted to entrants born on or after January 1, 1998. U23 age is calculated based on calendar year. Men’s and Women’s, Heavyweight and Lightweight
Junior – Restricted to entrants in high school (or lower grade) born on or after January 1, 2002, i.e students who will not turn 19 at any point in 2020. Junior age is calculated by calendar year. Men’s and Women’s, Heavyweight and Lightweight.
- Please note: High school students ineligible by their birth date for the junior events will race in the Open heats, but their times will be designated as “student” (and “U23” if under 23) competitors ranked within the Open results. This will not adversely affect college recruiting status.
Youth – Men’s and Women’s. Restricted to entrants who are at least 12 years old but not yet 14 years old on race day (Birthday falls between February 18, 2006 and February 17, 2009). Due to insurance stipulations, no competitor may be under the age of 12 on actual race day March 1, 2020. Youth entrants will race for 4 minutes, with winners being determined by the most meters rowed.
Flyweight – Women under 115 lbs and Men under 140 lbs. Please note that all Flyweights will compete in the same event, regardless of age.
Team Event – Teams of four, each team member rows 500 meters. The team time is the average of each person’s erg.
All para events are self-classified and (except for FES) are 2000 meters to match on the water standards – For classifications and more information, click here.
