Waiver Form
Available here (PDF) for juniors/minors - under 18 as of race day. All minors must bring a signed waiver form from a parent or guardian to the race. All other competitors must sign a waiver at the registration table on race day. (Please do not mail any waivers as they will not be valid - please sign on race day at check-in table.)

Qualifying Times
All are welcome!
You do not need a qualifying time in order to race at the
C.R.A.S.H.-B.s, but we do ask for your 2k erg score so that we may seed you appropriately. All races are 2000 meters. If you wish to qualify for a trip to the C.R.A.S.H.-B.s through Concept2's qualifying program, please click here for more information. This is a separate program sponsored by Concept2.

Entry confirmation (updated 2.22.08)
Seedings (updated 2.22.08) of confirmed entrants now posted - this may be subject to change so please check back again before race day as well as when you check in on race day.

Waiver forms are required from all competitors. For juniors (under 18 as of day of race), the waiver form needs to be signed by a parent or guardian in order for the junior to race. For a PDF of the waiver form, please click here. Juniors, please do not mail in waiver, but instead bring on race day. All others will sign waivers on race day at check-in.

Athlete Check-in
Competitors may check-in on race day at the Agganis Arena at Boston University or on February 23 from 2 - 4 pm at the Cambridge Hyatt, 575 Memorial Drive, Cambridge, MA.

Bullpen
Bull Pen Registration will open at 8:30am (not earlier) and close by 12:30pm. Entries will be limited and will be issued on a first come, first served basis. Keep in mind there is a greater likelihood of being assigned to an open erg earlier in the morning rather than later in the morning. Bull Pen Registration will be located on the race floor near the Warm Up ergs. Do not try to register for the Bull Pen at Athlete Check-In.

Cost to race from the Bull Pen is $40 cash, no exceptions.C.R.A.S.H.-B. Sprints is a finals-only format in ALL events.

Competitors will row only once. The best time will win each event. In order to qualify to win your event from the Bull Pen, you must begin your race no later than the starting time for your event or the starting time for the last heat of your event. If you miss the start-time to qualify for an event, you will still be allowed to race for time and your time will be posted as such.

Lightweight and Coxswain Event athletes must weigh-in on race day prior to competition. Any competitors missing a stamp verifying they have successfully weighed in will not be allowed to compete in that category. However, any competitor who failed to weigh in will be allowed to race, but the score will then be posted in the OPEN division for that particular event.

Following Bull Pen Registration, Lightweights and Coxswains must weigh in before they race and should proceed directly to weigh in. The general rule is to weigh in within a 1-hour time frame that begins 2 hours before your race. While all possible efforts to follow that protocol will be made, due to likely time constraints with respect to Bull Pen entries, it is possible that athletes will not have a 1 hour window beginning 2 hours before their race and could be expected to race immediately following weigh in.
